O King of all nations and keystone of the Church:
come and save man, whom you formed from the dust!

The earlier O antiphons have already pointed to the Messiah that would come to Israel. This antiphon alludes to the gentile nations – all who are “formed from the dust” – to be redeemed and unified in God’s reign.
